The reason we chose this topic is because I think it is important for our career, for the operation of any company we know well the rights that every society must have, because every organization rise to a contract that requires the supply of goods by its members, to form an autonomous patrimony that will allow the realization of a common goal.
The Company Law regulates the internal functions and towards third parties who have societies formed under the law traditionally distinguishes between civil society and corporations, as are governed by general rules specifically civil or commercial standards.
In some cases the commercial character of a society is related to the adoption of a specific social form regardless of the object that is engaged (for example, a company limited partnership, corporation, or limited liability company in other cases, when the purpose is the development of a commercial activity or business.
